Since our founding in 1919, we have dedicated our central efforts toward paperboard, which occupies a pivotal position in the industrial paper industry. While riding out the numerous changes that have occurred in the many decades hence, we have been able to build a foothold as one of the top marketers in the business. At present, as our users’ needs change; we continue to grow as a company that is able to contribute both to the paperboard sector, and to new ventures in the Printing paper sector.
Globalization is accelerating in recent years in every sector and field. In order to respond to the rapid developments of globalization, we founded a corporation in India in August 2011, as part of our increasing efforts overseas.
In addition, with regard to environmental issues, we are pursuing initiatives to reduce our environmental impacts and acquired ISO14001 certification in April 2002, and Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certification in December 2003.
Here at Bunshodo, we follow a company creed “One For All, All For One” professing that employees and the company are one. We strive to be a business that embodies this creed in its fundamental human resources and organizational infrastructure, while continuing to be a company deemed essential by our users, converters, and suppliers.
